Setting up wifi
Hi,
I’m trying to set up my wifi. When I enter my modem in the app it says it’s already used by an account. I did a system reset with the small button at the back but it’s still not working, it’s still saying it’s related to an account.
What do I do?

In the app, go to the menu in the top left corner -> Fizz Wi-Fi app account -> Delete this Fizz Wi-Fi app account -> close the app. Reopen the app and login with your Fizz account credentials, it will recreate your new Fizz Wi-Fi app account and everything should work.

Yes, delete it and it should be good.

I deleted it and closed the app and when I opened it up again, it’s like I never deleted it. It’s still there and I’m still connected.
My modem also shows no connection for the 2.4G and 5G. They are always on. And the download is always flashing.0 -
Try also to clear the cache of the app.
On Android
Open Settings -> Tap Apps (or Apps & notifications).Select the app -> Tap Storage (or Storage & cache). -> Tap Clear cache.
On iPhone (iOS)
Apple does not provide a single "clear cache" button for all iOS apps. Instead, you can Offload apps. Go to Settings -> General -> iPhone Storage, tap the app, and select Offload App.

It’s not working. I think my coaxial cable is not connected from outside. I’ll contact fizz for a technician. Thank for the help though

Hello Veronique B. #23787,
Thank you for the details regariding your Home Internet plan.
Your Wi-Fi application was not able to register your modem because it is offline.
I can see that my colleagues managed to place an appointment with a technician for you so that your coaxial outlet can be verified and your services can work properly.
You will need to wait for the technician to solve the situation.
Thank you for your understanding and I hope you have a pleasant day!
