Rogers and fido customers can't call our Network

At the moment, we do not have a confirmed issue regarding calls between the Rogers/Fido network and certain numbers on our network.
If you are experiencing difficulties calling certain numbers, we also recommend opening a ticket with your service provider (Rogers/Fido), as the issue may be related to call routing on their network.On our side, we can investigate the situation on a case-by-case basis. To do so, please contact our support team and provide specific examples of affected numbers, along with details about the failed calls.
Before contacting support, you can also try the following basic troubleshooting steps:
Restart your phone to refresh the network connection.
Enable and disable Airplane Mode to force a network re-registration.
Verify that the number is correctly dialed (including area/country code if applicable).

Maybe there's an issue going on. Are you able to make an outgoing call to a Rogers or Fido customer from your Fizz number? One of my friends is with Rogers, and I have no problems calling or texting him from my cell.

I never had this problem calling Fizz from Rogers so I wonder how wide the problem is/was.
