Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
I have made the necessary verifications in your account and everything seems to be in order, so you should be able to replace the upgrades without any issues.
Please log into your Fizz account using an incognito/private browser window in order to try again. Also, it might be a good idea to clear cache and cookies from your browser as well.

Hi, try using private browsing or disabling browser add-ons and relog.

It is hard to tell from the screenshot, however it looks like all your “slots” are full. You only get so many, but more open up as you progress.
If this is the case, tap one of the upgrades that you want to replace with the dollar off and tap “remove”.
You should then be able to use the dollar off perk.

- Try a private browsing mode
- Disable the VPN if you are using one.

It may be that your slots are full. Depending on your level, you can only activate so many perks.
