If you choose the VIP installation, for a cost of $60, the technician will also install the modem

Hello Dominic C. #38098,
Thank you for your interest in our services.
If the address where you will move to has any coaxial activity in the last 24 months, you will have the modem delivered to you without a technician and you will be able to install it yourself. If you will not be able to connect it, then you have to contact us via chat in order to send a technician to your place to install the outlet and make sure that your connection works.
If at that address there was no coaxial activity in the last 24 months, then your modem will be delivered by a technician and he will make sure to connect your coaxial outlet and verify the signals.
Please note, that if you request the WiFI setup as well, you will be charged 60$ + tax for the VIP installation.
As a conclusion, you will not be charged for the installation and if you have the modem delivered to you by a technician, he will make sure you have internet when he leaves.
