    Hi everyone, it's my first post here, I hope I can help other new users as well. I would recommend dow loading the Fizz app, as it's a convenient way to manager your data usage and keep track of payments.

    No, there isn't.

    However, you can bookmark https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/plan in your phone's browser, have the browser remember your Fizz password for an auto-login and then put the bookmark on your phone’s home screen as an icon just like any other app.

    Done, you made yourself a "Fizz App". :)

    Remember to login to collect your gifts as they appear! too bad they don't notify you when new ones become available!

    Sorry, chauffeur service is too fancy for me. For destinations in London, use the Tube & TfL. Other city destinations in the UK, there are several regional bus operators. National Express and Flixbus to name two. They all go right to the Heathrow terminals.

    I second this! I realized that my current plan is not only impossible to have now, but is way cheaper than the current rates !!

    There is one now, but it's essentially a web wrapper for there web portal.

    The forum is fine, the only problem is that posts don't appear immediately. Do all posts need to be approved by the moderators?

    No, this is only when you are new to the forum for your first few posts. The restriction about moderators having to approve your posts will eventually be lifted.
