We are sorry for the issue encountered.
Verifying your account, you have placed a moving order on May 1st and it will be effective on May 6th.
Once the order is completed your address will be updated and you will be able to use services at the new address.

As a suggestion, you can check to see if any sooner available dates for moving are appearing into your account under My plans, Manage, Installations, Reschedule.
