Moved but can't activate internet

Website recognizes my new address, but my plan keeps showing as old address

The website also doesn't allow cancel of technician visit

Modem works fine, why won't fizz just let me self activate the internet?

So frustrating

    We are sorry for the issue encountered.

    Verifying your account, you have placed a moving order on May 1st and it will be effective on May 6th.

    Once the order is completed your address will be updated and you will be able to use services at the new address.

    As a suggestion, you can check to see if any sooner available dates for moving are appearing into your account under My plans, Manage, Installations, Reschedule.
