I am sorry for the issue encountered.
Verifying your account, your plan is active and functional, also you are under the coverage area, your mobile data should work.
Please restart your phone, proceed with a network reset and make sure that the operating system is up to date.
Test to see if it works after.

Hi, 1. Completely restart your iPhone
This forces a new network session.Turn cellular data off/on
Settings → Cellular → turn off for 5 sec → turn on.Check the Fizz APN
Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Network
The values must be:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS Proxy: 74.115.197.70:80
If the APN is empty → that’s the cause.
Disable VPN/Proxy if you have one
Even a "disabled" but installed VPN can cause blockages.Test another DNS
Settings → Wi-Fi → (i) → Configure DNS → Manual
Add:
1.1.1.1
8.8.8.8
If this fixes Facebook/TikTok → it was a Fizz DNS problem.
