And then this page came up, do I need a new SIM card now too? It won't just use my old Fizz sim card?????

    No, you don't need a new SIM card, you can continue to use your current SIM card.

    It doesn't have that as an option :/

    A couple of things come to mind. Had you clicked or tapped to change your plan or had you accidentally selected to add a new plan?
    Or, if you're a long time Fizz customer, maybe you have an older SIM card that needs to be updated to VoLTE?

    Thank you, one of the other comments answered, I just went to the front page for plans, vs going through the "manage account" part 😭😂

    Yes, you don't need a new SIM card.

    Keep in mind there is a delay when you change your plan it won't work right away it's going to be on the next cycle.
