It gives you access to the same features, just optimized for your phone. It is more user friendly! You don't have to open a browser, tap the URL.
You can receive push notifications also, when you get a message from our Customer Service, for example.

I tried it and didn't have the best experience on Android.
- Took three attempts with force stopping the app in-between before I was successfully logged in and actually saw content.
- Suffers from the same problem that people keep reporting on the website. That if you try to keep staying logged in by cookies between sessions, pages won't load and the please wait circle would just keep rotating indefinitely.
- After less than 24 hours, it "forgot" my login and I had to do it all over again.
- Content is barely any different than what you get on a mobile browser from the webpage.
Also, the link to the FAQ above just gets me
Something ain’t right. Disconnect from your account, and log back in.
even when I am not even logged in.

Regarding the FAQ link, we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue on our side. If it’s still happening, please contact our customer support with a screenshot so a ticket can be opened.
As for the session and login issues, this is a known problem and our teams are actively working on fixing it.

It is cool. But there is a problem disturbing now. I have to log in everytime. Can it be fixed to keep the login info until the user chooses to log out?

Have a good day!I also get the same error for the FAQ link, even trying in an Incognito tab. Since this is for a new feature, maybe it only works for Fizz employees and needs permissions updated for customers and the general public?
