1gb travel perk data didn't work

I've added 1 GB travel perk valid for 1 week
when I was in Florida, I was able to use once, so there is no issue with the settings
the rest of the time, I was NOT able to use my data
Can I get i refund or get a new 1 GB perk?

Hi, if you used the free 1 GB gift card, no, but if you purchased an add-on, if it hasn't been used at all, it may be possible yes to get a refund.

For this to work, you need to enable roaming on your phone.
