Hi, if you used the free 1 GB gift card, no, but if you purchased an add-on, if it hasn't been used at all, it may be possible yes to get a refund.
For this to work, you need to enable roaming on your phone.

Previous posts are right, if you had activated the perk and used some of its data, only https://fizz.ca/en/support or a @Whizz could renew the perk for you on goodwill.
