Returning Modem during Canada Post strike

Hello folks,
So due to the Canada Post strike, we prepared a few options in advance which can be found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem
Please be sure to read the FAQ above for specific instructions related to each case on whether you need to return the modem , change it if it`s defective and so on.
Basically you can return the modem via a Videotron shop which can be found in the hyperlink of the provided FAQ by me just now.
However, this procedure might change in the following days, so be sure to keep an eye on the FAQ for anything new.
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a good one,

What about Purolator, UPS and the like ?Sure, ya that's what I'm hoping. But the instructions are to just drop it at Canada Post and you're done. No address mentioned, nothing.

Oh, that's a bummer. I didn't know that.
Have you try reaching out to support and ask them ?
Hopefully, @Whizz will see your post and provide you with a full return address.

It's true that the return of modems and other things has become problematic.

This strike is really sad, for the employees, the employer and the population.

Unfortunately, its counters will not accept parcels!

On the Canada Post website it says "No new items will be accepted until the national disruption is over."
