How can I return my Internet modem with the Canada post strike?

I cannot seem to find an address or anything of that matter to send my Internet modem back. The link I was given is for Canada Post only. What should I do? My account now has been deactivated for about 10 days.

Hello Lorenasanz
Please note that you can still go to a Canada Post counter in pharmacies in Quebec to return your modem.
This return will be accepted and will be processed as a priority as soon as the service resumes.
However, there will be additional delays to receive your package to our warehouse.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, this situation is beyond our control, and we will do everything possible to process your return request as quickly as possible.

Have a nice day.
