Fizz phone return amid Canada Post Strike
I'm new to the Fizz phone order/return process, recently ordered a phone but changed my mind. So I requested a return on Nov. 25 after receiving the phone, dropped off to a Canada Post location inside Shoppers.
The email from Fizz said that I had until Dec. 25 to drop off the phone. My concern is that the CP strike will be long and the phone will sit in the CP location forever. Do Fizz has any return window requirement on how soon the return parcel must be delivered?
And for those who have experience with return, when was your refund received? After the drop off or after the parcel is delivered and inspected?
Thank you!

Hello @JDA ,
Thank you for your post.
Indeed, due to the Canada Post strike, there can be some delays in the process of returning successfully the packages.
Rest assured, this is a known situation and as soon as the services will resume, the returns for us will be treated with priority. In case there will be any further issues with this process and you will not receive any information from the Fizz side, please contact our customer service agents in order for them to help you with a solution.
As mentioned here: , normally after dropping the phone to a deposit, it can take from 4 to 7 days for the return to be fully processed and refund offered however, please know that in this period, more days can pass.
Your understanding is highly appreciated.
Have a great day.
