The issue with the points was successfully resolved on March 18th.
Our technical team implemented a corrective measure on that day, ensuring that everyone affected received their outstanding points for the badge.
In the activity feed on that day, you can see the names of all the users affected that received their points.If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. 😊
