Hello @FizzyFizz JQMPM,
The issue with the points was successfully resolved on March 18th.
Our technical team implemented a corrective measure on that day, ensuring that everyone affected received their outstanding points for the badge.
In the activity feed on that day, you can see the names of all the users affected that received their points.If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. 😊

I also observed it from time to time. But when its append I noticed that the error is only for my name at the top of the list. My rank is OK when check my name in the list under. And it,is generally corrected next time I connect.
