Not receiving points and badges

A few months ago I contacted support because I wasn't getting account points for different actions, badges and forum interactions.
The representative opened a ticket which never got handled and awarded my account a badge manually.
I have contacted customer support twice more since then to inquire about the ticket and was only told to be patient.
The ticket was closed without resolution.
Badges are still not being updated and we are missing points on two separate accounts.

We are sorry to hear about this issue.After making the necessary verifications, we noticed that the technical team unlocked the points and badges for you, this is why the ticket was closed.
In case there are still issues, please reach the online customer service again, explain them what are the missing badges and they will gladly make a new ticket for you.
