Samsung Tizen App not in the the store
I have two recent (2024) Samsung Tizen Based TVs :QN32Q60CAFXZC and QN55Q60CAFXZC. The list of compatible devices (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-connect-device-view-my-tv-content) says that it should be supported (not in the excluded list of Samsung Tizen TV) but the app is not on the app store. Any insight?

Did you try to ask the support
I tested and for me is working, be sure to use the Canadian Market, and also to not use a VPN

I checked that my Samsung account is set to the Canada region and I'm not using a VPN. I also tried the online procedure to change the country using the reset and the Mute->Volume Up->Channel Up->Mute. While it allows me to change the country, after the 45 minute complete re-setup of my tv, I still don't have the Fizz TV app in the store. I do have other Canadian apps like Crave, ICI Tou.tv, TSN, ...
I've tried contacting the chat support and got canned non-useful answers.
I'm not sure what I should do next. I'm not interested in watching the tv through an Apple TV/Fire Stick.0 -

Probably you need to contact the support to check with them, I am using my firestick, therefore, I only try to see if it was there
