Following my verification, one of my colleagues already opened a ticket to our technical team regarding your concern. You can view it and track its progress by accessing your account → My settings → My tickets.

I tested and for me is working, be sure to use the Canadian Market, and also to not use a VPN

I checked that my Samsung account is set to the Canada region and I'm not using a VPN. I also tried the online procedure to change the country using the reset and the Mute->Volume Up->Channel Up->Mute. While it allows me to change the country, after the 45 minute complete re-setup of my tv, I still don't have the Fizz TV app in the store. I do have other Canadian apps like Crave, ICI Tou.tv, TSN, ...
I've tried contacting the chat support and got canned non-useful answers.
I'm not sure what I should do next. I'm not interested in watching the tv through an Apple TV/Fire Stick.0 -

Probably you need to contact the support to check with them, I am using my firestick, therefore, I only try to see if it was there
