Power Outage HydroQuebec and internet problems

Please note that on the Island of Montreal, there are Hydro-Québec power outages. Therefore, if you are in the affected area or nearby, you might experience Internet issues, as the Vidéotron network draws its electrical signal directly from the poles.

Thank you for the update regarding Hydro-Québec outages. However, this does not apply to my situation. I’ve been experiencing service issues since November 2024, long before any recent power outages.
I have email confirmations stating my new plan should have been active on both December 10 and January 16, yet I’ve had no service for nearly two months. This is unrelated to any temporary power disruptions and appears to be an issue on Fizz’s end.
Please prioritize resolving my case immediately, as this ongoing issue is severely impacting my ability to stay connected.
