my phone is a S24 wich is certified 100% VoLTE.. still not working for me.

I found this solution :
1 - Go to the Start screen.
To open the menu, swipe up on the screen.
2 - Choose Settings.
3 - Scroll down
Choose Connections.
4 - Choose Mobile networks.
5 - Enable 4G call SIM 1.
6 - VoLTE has been activated.
Return to the Start screen.

i don't understand how will they cut 3g if VoLTE not functioning at all for some clients

Once i insert fizz sim card there is no such menu.. it disappeared completely .. like the option it's somehow blocked from operator side.

Before they answered, i had already checked all that is int the FAQ they sent me.. and NO NOTHING helps.. still no VoLTE. The problem is "the support" answers with FAQ links and close rightward the tickets and never looked into the problem itself. Sent them lots of screenshots.. it seems like they even don't read the body of my replies

Your Galaxy S24 shows up as not VoLte certified under "My phones" in your Fizz account ?

when a samsung phone is VoLTE enabled it should show this

My S24 doesn't show VoLTE under my phones in my account but it works.
Make sure that your preferred network is set to 4G LTE.
I have also been in the U.S. and it works fine on the VoLTE.

Disable WiFi and call someone. If the icon shows LTE or 4G during the call, you are good.
What is shown on your account is just a graphical bug.
PS. I have S23 model and VoLTE works perfectly.

i'm wondering why not select the first option 5g/LTE/etc… phone automatically connects to the highest technology available from operator…which let hope one day will be 5g also…maybe…
on samsung website it shows that a compatible VoLTE samsung phones should have the icon as in my previous post.. (the pic is taken on their website actually)

There is no 5G at Fizz so it makes no sense to put the phone searching for a fantasy.

I also have a samsung and it never showed VoLTE at the top. To quickly check if you have VoLTE you can make a call and use data at the same time it wont work if your call is using the 3g network.
