My Galaxy S24 shows up as not VoLte certified under my phones in my account.

I chatted with support and they told me to try with a different browser, which I did, but it still says NO for VoLte certified.

    Hi @BeakBird

If the phone is not bought from them this can happen

    Try this

    • disable the wifi
    • Make a call
    • check that your phone stay in LTE during the call (if this is the case, your call is made using VoLTE)

    Hello @BeakBird ,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

What I can advise you is to remove the Sim card from your phone, place it in another phone - try to use it with the new device and place the Sim card back in the Samsung S24 again.

Test the service a bit and check the account to see if the details have been updated.

If not, reach our colleagues on Live chat for further investigations.

    Thank you for your understanding.
    Have a good one,

There can be an administrative problem with recording information.

However, your phone's ability to perform on the VoLTE band is the real test.

Wifi off. Check service on LTE. Place a call.

    You will know right away!
