Trying to order a SIM card. Payment keeps getting rejected

I am trying to purchase a SIM card and phone plan but my credit card keeps getting rejected. Please help

    dis you try to contact the credit card institution to see if they are the one denying the payment

    Otherwise you can contact the fizz support to check with them
