Every Fizz member is automatically enrolled in the loyalty program My Rewards. Which means that every member automatically receives free mobile data and discount dollars for their plan. These upgrades must be activated in your account.

Please enable the cancellation of a removal instruction from a slot. I accidentally clicked on remove for a reward in one of my slots and I can't undo it.

This must have happened to other members as well.

I don't really understand why remove is even still an option now that swapping is an option. I think getting rid of the remove action and only showing swap will result in the happiest Fizz users.

You should be able to test it if you have multiple slots and an unused upgrade. The steps to swap are a bit unusual, I do not have a full walkthrough for you, but last time I swapped I had to try a few things so that I swapped instead of removing. That's why I think removing is not a good option, there is no reason to remove when we all know removing is only used when we really want to swap.

If you have an unused upgrade then logically you should be able to swap it for an upgrade that is not pending removal. I have my doubts that you are looking in the right place for the swap function since as I said it can be difficult to find. If it is truly not available on one of your other slots with the unused upgrade then it is another way the functionality is lacking.

This is helpful. We can have a maximum of 3 upgrades whose activation needs to be done manually.

Just be careful with the slots. If you want to change a reward make sure you use the swap function and not the remove.

upgrades last forever, over time if you have better perks, you can swap to upgrade even better.
There are 10 levels, you can use the best 3 of them since there are a maximum 3 slots to use upgrades.

Thank you for the info. Got a question tho. I honestly got only mobile with FIZZ so maximum slots it's 3. But if you have Internet also, is it 3 for mobile and 3 for Internet, 6 in total?

Yes, exactly. If you have both mobile and internet plan the 6 slots in total. As per the current bonus level, for the internet, you can get a 3$ discount if you are in level 3. I also have home internet plans as well.
