Can not order sim card

I live in Ottawa, I want to first order a sim card before a getting a plan (just like my friend did a few weeks ago.) Everytime I go to order a sim card I get an error on the page that comes up after making sure I understand about VolteLTE. I have used Chrome and Edge on my laptop and Chrome and the APP on my phone. Everytime I click "I understand" it just says "error try again" or some nonsense, no error code, nothing. Massively frustrating way to try to become a customer. Then I found a "Chat with Agent" button that I click that does absolutely nothing. You can see in the internet pane the button literally calls no action. Sigh. L'il help please.
