Can not order sim card

I live in Ottawa, I want to first order a sim card before a getting a plan (just like my friend did a few weeks ago.) Everytime I go to order a sim card I get an error on the page that comes up after making sure I understand about VolteLTE. I have used Chrome and Edge on my laptop and Chrome and the APP on my phone. Everytime I click "I understand" it just says "error try again" or some nonsense, no error code, nothing. Massively frustrating way to try to become a customer. Then I found a "Chat with Agent" button that I click that does absolutely nothing. You can see in the internet pane the button literally calls no action. Sigh. L'il help please.

    My best guess is to try and clear your cache/cookies
    Chrome:

    Seeing as your friend has already been able to order a sim, I am guessing you're both within the green coverage area

    but it wouldn't hurt to double check.

    It could be an account issue in which case you'll probably have to contact support again but from what you've posted it seems like you cannot reach support at all.

    If you're still having issues after that you should private message or mention Whizz who can look into your issue
