Awarded Data and how to access

I have a plan that does not have DATA in it. But during my time with FIZZ I have gained 1.46 G of DATA in their awards program, that I cannot access on my Samsung Galaxy 7 cell. Does anyone have an way for me to access this DATA with my cell?

    Did you configure the APN? this is the guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

    Steps to follow for configuring the APN can vary from one phone to another. Here's an example:

    Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → APN

     

    Fizz APN settings are:

    • APN: mobile.bm
    • MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    • MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    • MMS port: 80
    • APN type: default,mms,supl      

    You also need to select as default and restart the phone after

    I believe that you need to contact the customer service to unlock it if you checked your settings before.

    I was able to fix my problem myself. I probably did not have enough information or experience to truly explain my problem. Kaitokun could not help me with my problem.

    Since you have an Android phone Samsung Galaxy 7 cell, I agree with everything elena code xzi4t said.
    You need to verify the APN settings on your phones to make sure you have the correct APN settings in order to use data.
