The green chat bubble
All the agent say to privately chat with us with the green chat bubble, but the bubble doesn't work, I can't chat with them

Yes I clicked the chat with a agent is came with a list I choose the chat at the bottom sign into my account , clicked on chat with a agent button and it doesn't work

Maybe try a different device then if everything doesn't work. That's really weird though.

Does the live chat work for you ? Can't get it to work , some agents say there are working on it and some say it's fine, but when I log in to my account, and go to help chat with a agent the green bubble doesn't work

open the chat bubble, type speak with agent after you see the initial message then wait. sometimes it takes a while but eventually it will connect with a real person.

Yeah when I click on the green one it asked me to sign into my account then I can't go back to chat with an agent it doesn't work

Now you are logged in, try to wait 10 - 30 seconds before refresh the page in order to have the green bubble, if you don't have try to scroll down or move the phone in portrait mode and back
if nothing work, a @Whizz can probably give you a bit more hint

I too have problems with the green bubble, we cannot delete messages from old conversations!!! Fizz doesn't seem to understand the situation because when I inform them of the problem, they tell me that it's the conversation about the survey that I can't delete but in fact it's just any old conversation. Fizz no longer closes conversations and that's what I think stops me from deleting them lol, I tell them but my messages don't find answers, it's pretty weird haha

Ok that seems to work, but it's a pain to open that link each time I want to chat, I might lose that link in the future

watch out if you do this , it will disconect all you acounts you are signed in . If you use your cell phone number for verification it wont work no more since Fizz makes belive you that the chat box works and doesnt!! Then you fizz acount is blocked like what happened to me . Pissed off at this company
