Which web browser works well with the Fizz web site?
I created an account and logged in. But when I try to click on Internet → Our Plans and then 'Next', the page becomes blank and never appears, even after 5 minutes.
I am using the latest ms Edge.
The other pages I tried are working ok.

I don't know which one works better, but I am using Firefox.
Can you try to clear the cache also you can use the browser in private mode

Sorry to hear about this inconvenience.
You should be able to use any browser with no issue, there is not special or better browser that we can recommend to you.
It all depends on what browser you like and usually use.
Since you said that it worked well with the other browsers I advise you to keep using those ones.
I recommend that if the site ever bugs or not loading or glitches for you to try from the same browser but in private/incognito page instead of clearing cookies and cache every time.

Ok thanks, it works with firefox. I really don't understand why it is not working with ms Edge though. I never had any problems with other sites.

I am using Firefox and sometimes Fizz it's still not working.

I use chrome. It seems OK. Although sometimes it glitches and does an endless refresh. I just clear my browser history and it seems to work OK again.

Usually, I use MS Edge to naviguate Fizz.ca and his forum but sometimes Chrome with my laptop, on my cellphone is always Chrome
Someone told me that Chrome and Edge share the same rendering engine (Chromium), I don't know if that's true

On my pc I use Firefox sometimes but haven't used it to go on Fizz yet.

edge is based on chrome. You might get different results from default browser settings. Personally I use firefox then if I encounter issues switch to chrome/edge. If that doesn't fix the issue then you have to go old school and use internet explorer…

Usually Safari works fine, but sometimes I have to use Opera, which is my backup.
