Plan is stuck and not working. No errors. Is everything ok?

    If you've waited a while and it's still not activated, I suggest you contact customer support. For reference, mine was active within an hour.

    Already did, they created a ticket but won't give me any details on what is the issues or when will it be fixed. Been 2 days..

    I verified your account and it appears that the transfer is completed but the plan itself hasn`t been activated for which we are sorry to see.

    Rest assured our team is working hard so they can properly activate your plan.

    You will contacted you back via e-mail in the shortest time possible once our agents receive their feedback and you can also track the ticket status via My settings - My tickets, to also have a view on its progress.
