Plan is stuck and not working. No errors. Is everything ok?

Sorry to hear about the issue!
I verified your account and it appears that the transfer is completed but the plan itself hasn`t been activated for which we are sorry to see.
Rest assured our team is working hard so they can properly activate your plan.
You will contacted you back via
e-mail in the shortest time possible once our agents receive their feedback and you can also track the ticket status via My settings - My tickets, to also have a view on its progress.

In such cases, if the plan is not activated in 2 hours, it`s better to reach the customer service.
