Receiving gift data on the right number on my account
How do I make sure when I receive data I will receive it on the number I want? Is there any changed can be done in my account settings?

Unfortunately the data gifts will go to the first activated plan.
I am in the same situation. The only workaround I have found is to disable data for the first plan for a month and you will be able to receive data gifts on the second plan.

I don’t know how Fizz "thinks" which plan is the first activated one to be honest.
If you have 2 phone plans (with data) in one account and you want to change which plan will receive the data gifts by referral code, then yes change the plan (which is currently receiving data gifts) to 0 data for a month. The remaining data will be available, but it's better to make a small reserve in advance.

Yeah ad Andrei said, you cannot change that options ... You can only change the plan that receive the referral credit

Thank you but the number that doesn’t receive the data is first activated plan.
When you say disable the plan, do you mean make the plan to 0 data? If yes, will I be able to use left data in the same month?

From your account → My Settings → Plan receiving my referral bonus
Try to change and see if it will make any difference

Hi, you can follow the directions Elena gave you... However take in mind that only the new credit you will get is gonna go towards your ned plan... Whatever you got til now it will apply to your old one

You have to go in the Settings tab and the last option on the list is: "Plan receiving the referral bonus"… Let me know if you've got it otherwise I can send you a screenshot

Normally, data is received by the first (oldest) activated plan, however when having multiple mobile plans, it is easier to transfer the data using the phone number, so it goes directly to the desired plan. Instead of entering the email address, enter the phone number.⚡️📞
