Internet has been down since April 4th in Montreal H3G, customer support unable to respond when it will be back, do you have similar experience?

Many members have had the same problem since the last power outage. Be sure that you are not alone and that Videotron is working hard to get the network back on.

I didn't have any problem and I don't live that far from yourself… I think it's better to insist with customer support.. If it has been completely down, I think you could also ask for a refund for the days without service
