You should search in the settings. The Wi-Fi connection is not sheared in my opinion. I guess your other phone is linked to the same Wi-Fi.

The wifi is shared. I can connect to the share Network. But this Network have no fizz internet. But on the main phone fizz mobile internet is ok

Sorry to hear about the issue.
From what I understand here, you have no connection when you do a Hotspot connection from the Fizz device that has Data from us to another device, which does not have Data from Fizz?
In this case, I can only suggest that you do a factory reset on the secondary device , reboot the phone , enable / disable airplane mode then retry the option.
On another note, be sure that the devices are compatible with the Fizz network, as shown here : else you might have issues.
