The Wheel
I thought the daily wheel was a lot of fun yesterday. But, today every time I load a new page on the forum or a different discussion, the wheel pops back up and it has just become very annoying. I keep pressing x on it and exiting instead of spinning the wheel because I find it a nuisance. Also, am I suppose to be able to spin it more than once a day? I also noticed that it changed the rankings. I was ranked in the top 5 for this month and now I am in the 20s which sucks because I wanted the badge for being in the top 5 this month.
To recap: What are your thoughts on the wheel AND am I suppose to be able to spin it more than once a day?

Indeed the wheel is buggy and it was already reported by multiple users but there is no reaction from @Whizz.
Looks like you have already found the French thread for the same.
Old users who were the pioneers of the Forum were downgraded in general rang due to this bug.

I just saw this wheel for the first time, what does it do?

Maybe it's supposed to add points to your Fizz account, but it's not working right now.

This issue seems to be resolved now. Unfortunately it only happened to me once that the Wheel appeared twice in a day😁
