    Hi @Dabsi

I already read this kind of problem and sometime this happens to user staying outside Quebec.

    Are you outside Quebec?

    Are you using a VPN?

Did you try to use a computer or a mobile phone?

Can you try to use the browser in private mode?

Try to check the language, try to pick quebec and refresh the page

    You can chat in direct

    • Sign into your account

    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

I am in Ottawa. But my understanding is that I can still choose Quebec coverage because that includes the Ottawa area. I opened a ticket with support and they were able to reproduce the problem. I also have a friend having a similar issue than me. Again, I’m just trying to upgrade from my current Quebec coverage plan from 1G to 3G and the system will not let me. I am at the screen with my changes and when I click ‘Next’ nothing happens.

    Hi @Dabsi

You are right you must be able to do it, but I read another users with a similar problem, but him was supposed to be in Montreal after couples of days, and I never read any feedback probably it worked.

You did good to open a ticket, in this way they will solve it. However, if you have the possibility to use a VPN that use an IP from Montreal or outside the country, you can try that too.
