Really Fizz! You retired my international calls
Hi,
Today, I was not able to use international calls. I went to check my plan, and I noticed that the international call options were no longer available. Please consider that I renewed my plan roughly a week ago and paid for this service.
Now, you have removed it without any prior notification from your end. I believe that you should review the service agreement. I received an email stating that I have a perk to activate international calls, and if I want, I can reactivate them doing so I will lose my beta test price.
However, please keep in mind that you are discontinuing a service that I have already paid for in advance.

The same here, they remove the service which I paid in advance, and they ask to modify my plan and wait 3 weeks to have activated.

Unpleasant is an understatement. I paid for the service (Fizz is a prepaid service), and I have almost 3 weeks until the next billing cycle. They didn't remove it at the renewal with a 30 days notice; they removed it during the normal system validation.
