Many issues after activation of VoLTE Sim card?
Hi there:
My phone became useless after I activated the VoLTE Sim card. My calls drop many times during a conversation. Sometimes the other party cannot hear me properly. The last time I had similar issues was in the early days of Fizz in early 2019. Has anyone experienced similar issues with the VoLTE Sim card. I am in the Orleans (Ottawa) area.

Another user reported that after Network settings reset it started to work for him.
You can try standard TS steps: restart your phone, put it in Airplane mode for 2 minutes, etc.
If these steps don't help, you will have to contact customer support.

Who did the network settings reset? customer service or the customer? because CSR told me that the activation was correct as far as they see on their end.

try this remove the sim card put it back
restart your phone
put in airplane mode for two minutes
reset network settings
if it persists
