How how do the points earned get calculated, when it says +300 points?

As you can see, novice badge put me at 22282 points, then when I got the expert badge, I gained only a 100 points...FIZZ please explain to be how 22282+300 (expert badge, see below) = 22385

    Hello,

    Sometimes this can take a few hours to get the points update correctly, it's strange, but it's the reality.

    You can chat in direct

    • Sign into your account

    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    In my account they wrote 300 pts, the same of Fuad's account

    I got 100 points here too there is an error here too

    Fizz wrote 300 pts, therefore, they must give the 300 points @Whizz a case for you

    I guess I will wait and see for now, it might have been the case for a lot of the tallying of these points, and I never explicitly noticed it...

    Isn't weird that the same badge corresponds to different amounts of points for different users? Please someone can clarify this...

    My points are not going up, but they should, after refreshing the page.

    Thank you for describing your situation to us.

    I have verified your Fizz member account and the Expert Badge information shows that you receive 100 points for it, however, I also created a ticket to our technical team and we attached the photos you provided us with above.

    You can see your ticket in your Fizz member account -> My settings -> My tickets or in the Overview menu.

    As soon as the situation is solved, you will receive an e-mail with the ticket's details.
