Can't connect to internet using mobile data on iPhone 12
Hello, suddenly my internet connection stopped working for a week now. It was working fine. I've changed nothing to cause the failure. I use iPhone 12. Thank you for your help

Sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting to internet ...
Try to do a reset of the modem:

After reset, try to give it a chance to load up ( i mean to do the updates... Yes it takes time, do not disturb it! A good 15-20 minutes)
Make sure you wait, your modem is ready when a series of lights will appear on your modem, after about 15 minutes once plugged in the power and mounted on the coaxial cable...
Are you using a personal router? ( First concentrate on installing the modem and after connect your router )

Do you use Fizz or Fizz Ext; with Fizz ext you need to enable the data roaming!
Do you have multiple Fiz Ext selected?
Make sure you have the latest iOS updates installed on your phone.
Agree try resetting your network settings. under general, reset, network settings this will reboot your phone and clear your Wi-Fi and other passwords
Then try restarting your phone.

If you are talking about mobile internet not available on your phone, try to test your SIM card on another phone first.
