Trying to sign up for internet - error message appearing

Hi,

I am trying to sign up for internet; however, every time I try to press submit and complete the registration, it gives me the error message "There has been an error. Please try again." without any additional context. I have tried signing up on my laptop and phone (and even tried private/incognito browsers). Is there something I'm missing, or is the site experiencing issues? Support unfortunately wasn't able to help much.
