Trying to sign up for internet - error message appearing
Hi,
I am trying to sign up for internet; however, every time I try to press submit and complete the registration, it gives me the error message "There has been an error. Please try again." without any additional context. I have tried signing up on my laptop and phone (and even tried private/incognito browsers). Is there something I'm missing, or is the site experiencing issues? Support unfortunately wasn't able to help much.

What is that 7,49$ amount for? It looks like it's not the right price for any Internet plan. Maybe this is the issue 🤔?

There's a one month free offer that I applied, the 7.49 is just the taxes.

Hmm, there were no taxes applied for my free month for my phone plan back in the days. I guess it should be similar for Internet plan. I remember I created my plan first and after that I applied that Perk to my plan.

Try to restart again in a new incognito window/browser, clear cookies. Restart device. Log out/log in again.

But why I need to use my browser in incognito mode to have the interface working with Fizz?

That's a good question... sometimes issues are related to the cookies saved by your browser and by using incognito mode you avoid using cookies I guess...

When I have no internet plan, the 1 month free perk was not available. The first month, I paid from my pocket. I'm applying the 1 month free perk for next payment circle. Hope no problem
