Blocked SIM and cannot even access with PUK
I followed the instructions generously offered to me on my last discussion "Missing Data" and now my Fizz SIM card is permanently blocked. I am most likely going to switch providers at this point because I have been double charged for the original SIM I bought, had payment issues, data issues and now I can't text call or do anything I have paid for and it has been a week of troubleshooting only for my issues to multiply. I can't reach anybody at Fizz. Anybody have advice on how to get a refund for this month as I have barely gotten to use the services I paid for?

The PUK is useless if you tried more than 10 times to enter it
The get refund only the support can do it, sorry
If you have activated no more 15 days ago, the refund is automatic, if you close in the first 15 days, considered a trial period, if you didn't use more than 50% of your plan

Try to reach customer service on Live chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support as they sometimes need a few extra details to possibly escalate a ticket to address your situation.

If you have an old samsung the problem is different

My feedback is that there should absolutely be a customer service number so I could have called it before I disabled my phone number forever following user feedback.

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account again and I could not find anything wrong there.
For some reason, you have blocked your SIM card from your Fizz account. No one advised you to block it from what I could see in the other post as well.
Only you can block the sim card from your Fizz account> my phones> Report my phone as lost/stolen.
If you block the SIM from there, you will not be able to use it anymore.
Also, after unlocking the SIM on the 17th, you were able to use your data rollover and the data from you base plan on this month.
