To transfer the line to another provider all you need to keep in mind is that you need an active plan with us and then request the transfer on the other provider's end.

I think you don't need Fizz if you want to switch to Roger and keep you phone number. You just have to create a plan with Roger and keep you existing number. In this way, your current plan with Fizz will be closed automatically. Guys, please correct me if I'm wrong!
