yes it's the problem of many new phones we don't know if Fizz has problems for updates we don't have more answers

Hello Miltiad,
I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and you have Voicemail in your plan.
Therefore, you will be able to use the Visual Voicemail as well.
What is important to know, is that you can access Visual Voicemail only if you have your mobile data enabled.
It will not work with wifi.
Given that you have an iPhone, your device needs to have these updates:
1. iOS 15.0+
2. Carrier settings 47.0+
3. You have a device newer than iPhone 6S+
4. You have restarted the phone.
5. You have sent an SMS to the number 44744 with the message STATE
The Visual Voicemail, for iPhone users is already installed.
