Can’t scroll
Hi,
I’ve been trying to pay for my plan for the past 2 days and now my plan has been cancelled because I can’t scroll to pay for my plan.

If you’re on a phone I would recommend trying a desktop computer or laptop to see if that lets you scroll and if you are on your computer and it is not working I would try to log in on your phone to see if that helps

I would also open a chat with Fizz and a ticket item to speak to customer service so that they are aware of the issue you are facing

To chat with Fizz without problems: First, log in to your Fizz account. Wait 4.5 seconds to see the green chat bubble in the lower right corner of the page. When you see it, click on it.

Try with both the computer and the smartphone. Otherwise, it's better to contact the customer service by chat, twitter or whatsapp!
