It's frustrating, my service is out for 3 days now
Hi guys,
Do you guys care, I changed my sim card and I still didn't have service for 3 days now. A rep logged a tech ticket and I am still waiting for godot.

Contact them again and follow up. The tech people might be busy due to the ice storm or perhaps this is the reason why you don't have service? Good luck!

Same thing for me ...switching sim card for a volte one ...no data from this moments ...it's been 2 weeks now

I had the same issue - had to go to settings, networks, and manually select one of the two available Fizz network as the one that was selected automatically didn't work for data for some reason. The other fizz works just fine. Very strange.
