Deactivation

Hi, I have requested that my internet be deactivated on February 4th, it was approved and confirmed. Now the date changed for January 13th as deactivation date. What happened ?

Am I going to be charged even if the deactivation is on January 13th ? When should I return the box if this is the case ?

    Hello ririboss,

    I am sorry to hear about this. It seems to be a display issue. 
    I just verified and the service will be fully canceled on February 4th as you requested.
    After February 4th you will have 15 days to return the modem.

    @Jessy_ref_i88b6 thank you for your answer. But do you know why the date changes ?

    I don't understand why they change the date since I wanted it to be deactivate on Feb 4th?

    Plus are they going to charge me a month where I am not going to use the internet ? I don't get it.

    Hi @ririboss

    You should try to see if you can change the data yourself? You should be able to cancel the request of deactivation and redo it using the right date.

    I don't know why change, the data must pick from you
