New phone benefits
I bought a phone from Fizz over a month ago and I'm not sure if any benefits points added to my profile, I did not receive a notification either. How would I know if Received the point or not?

Thank you for highlighting this to us! I looked into your account and it is as you said. No points were given on the day you bought the phone so I went ahead and made a ticket for you. This will be sent and received by the technical team so that they can see what has happened and find a way to fix this.
You can keep track of it by going in your account's My Settings--->My Tickets.
We'll reach back to you through the email you made your Fizz account with once the technical team has reached back to us.
